Reviews and Ratings <br />
Our stay at the resort was quite a mixed bag. On one hand, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, creating a friendly atmosphere throughout our visit. The surrounding woods were beautiful and added a lovely touch to our experience. However, the room we were assigned had a musty smell and certainly did not match up to the online photos. Also, having to wait until 5:00 PM for check-in was frustrating. While there were many enjoyable activities on-site, we felt there were some significant areas for improvement.
I had mixed feelings about my stay. The location was great, really close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. However, the room felt outdated and not well-maintained, which was disappointing for the price. The service during check-in was frustratingly slow, and I wasn’t impressed by the treatment we received during the timeshare presentation. On a brighter note, the outdoor pool was enjoyable, and there were plenty of family-friendly activities available to keep us entertained.
Our stay at this resort had its highs and lows. The one-bedroom condo we booked was beautiful and had a stunning view along with ample amenities. However, dealing with the time share presentation was frustrating, and the communication about our bookings was confusing at times. The location was scenic but the facilities felt a bit outdated, which put a damper on things overall.
The resort has beautiful surroundings which allow for a serene atmosphere. While the staff was attentive at times, my experience at check-in was quite frustrating due to long wait times and a lack of clarity regarding reservations. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable, but the overall cleanliness of some common areas was lacking. Having on-site activities was a plus, yet the dining experience could improve, especially with breakfast availability.
This resort offers a lush, natural environment and plenty of outdoor activities, making it ideal for families. However, some issues with room cleanliness and management responsiveness marred the experience. Additionally, the noise levels in the condos were a concern, affecting overall comfort during our stay.
